PLANNER WEEK 22

PROJECT: I KNOW AND ACCEPT MYSELF
THEME:     Prehispanic Cultures, what do I do for MY MEXICO (my school)

GROUP: 3rd Grade

DATE: February 6th to 10th, 2017 

Session: 5 ( Friday )

GROUP GOALS:  Kids will read with fluency and showing comprehension of texts as they visualize what they read.

DAILY ROUTINE: Date, Brain Gym ( activación del brazo   ), Mental Math, Copy Homework.

CURRICULAR AREA:
Language arts. 
Fine arts


 SUBAREA
 Reading and viewing.
Visual arts, materials, technologies and processes.

DESIRED OUTCOMES (PLOS)
 Reads fluently and demonstrates comprehension of grade appropriate information texts.
 Makes images using a variety of materials, tools, equipment, and processes can be used to create particular effects. 

DESIRED EVIDENCE (final products): Kids paintings.

ACTIVITIES: 1. Daily routine. ( 10 min. )  
2.Kids will read text in S1, pages 16-25 then, they should find the main idea and some details (pages 57, 59, 60)(20min.)
3. Kids will draw another animal who lives in each place on S 1 book page 105. (10min.)
4. Children will write homework in homework notebook. ( 10 min. )

RESOURCES: reading book, 8 iPads, homework notebook
PLACE: classroom

CLASS ORGANIZATION: individual, group

HOMEWORK: Read 10 minutes.
