Thanksgiving (A Time to Share)

 In our cooking class the kids worked out Mexican traditions and connected them with a representative icon for Thanksgiving Holiday.   They prepared a typical Mexican dish known as  "quesadillas" and turned them into a turkey figure.    November is an important month for us because we celebrate the Day of the Dead and the Mexican Revolution.
